I had a large payment going through to a friend via bank transfer. That same day it sent, I had an unexpected bill and realized I'll be drawn up a little short ($100 or so) in my bank account. If I make a deposit the same day to cover the gap, will the payment still go through? I'm not so worried about an overdraft fee, I just don't want the payment to my friend being declined. What's the typical window for processing, and should I be worried about the payment being cancelled?
