paypal not working on.buying sertaiN items.from sertain SELLERS.

I buy and ,when i check PAYPAL TO PAY,NOTHING HAPPENS. I buy the same item from another seller.and PAYPAL works fine.

this problem is not on my end.ITS like they want you to use your credit card instead.

I wont use my credit card pass word on the internet. got a answer,lets hear it.buffer.
