so recently i found out my friend used my email behind my back to make an account, so after getting it back i want to delete the account but it isn't allowing me to do so. and when i press the "resolution centre" button it says 'you cant use paypal anymore'. could this have something to do with it? i just want it deleted because i want to make my own account with my email but my friend used it behind my back
