asking to fix a misspell in my name

hi!
i work as an animator and lately i got paid from outside my country after finishing assignments, that they support only paypal payments, i already made my paypal account while back, but i didn't notice while making it a misspell i made in my last name.
so i have sent email to paypal support, which i got some person who told me "I'm glad I was able to resolve your issue." but literally did nothing, and started his respond with the incorrent name i've sent the email about from the first place, i thought this type of thing takes time so i've waited for 4 days now, and i need to conform to the bank my paypal account since they asked for it.
my name only need one letter to be correct, and it's my last name since they will look at my ID.
by far i've sent two emails, one i got respond and pretty much my problem haven't been solved and the other didn't get any respond and it's been 2 days since i sent it. (even tho it says i will get a respond in 24hours)
i travel a lot so i pretty much don't have time to set and wait and i really need to withdraw that money.
but i'm asking what should i do?
should i wait more? does this type of things takes a lot of time to be solved?
even tho i've sent a pic of my ID in the second email that i didn't get any respond at?!
i'm not complaining but actually just asking, thank you for your time to read this.

thanks but i actually already saw and did that, and it took longer than it should. i guess i will do it again and wait.

i just got a feedback of my second email i have sent, and my problem is pretty much solved now, thanks a lot of your time as well and i'm really glad at this moment for having this problem fixed.
seems the first person that got my email didn't understand my issue, but however there is no point from talking about it lol.

- fake , spam paypal email. look at misspelling of extensions.. how do I report problem in About Protections
