Made a $125.26 Canadian dollars order to Rotita.com on Dec.30 2017, I received the parcel full of garbage like items from Rotita.com on Jan. 22, 2018.
I complained to both Rotita.com and PayPal right away about Rotita.com’s cheating bereaver.
I returned the original parcel back to the seller in Ontario address on Feb. 20, 2018 through Canada Post. and provided the tracking # 006719900706359 (I paid the retuning shipping cost of $21.58 CD), have had sent dozen of emails to Paypal and for requesting a full refund.
I have had provided all the information that PayPal required, photos of the garbage items from the seller Rotita.com, the returning shipping receipt from Canad Post..... Now PayPal still insist that cant’t refund me.
So far this online shopping nightmare has costed me not only my money also my time and energy.
Today is Feb. 28th, 2018, I have NOT got my $125.26+$21.58 (return shipping cost )=$146.84 Canadian dollars.
Why PayPal is sitting on the cheater seller’s side? Is it an isolated incident? Do we dare to trust Rotita.com and PayPal anymore?
