I'm hoping someone can explain how I can send a portion of my PayPal balance to someone using "e-transfer." I have never used e-transfer before, but this person is located in Canada and I'm trying to pay for an item I purchased from them and they said they do not accept PayPal payments. So how do I go about sending money from my PayPal balance using e-transfer? Any help appreciated.
