I am having quite a lot of problems with my PayPal Account and wanted to remove it. I changed my banking information on it and now I cannot purchase anything from anywhere because of these changes. I am aware of how to remove my account, but my question reaches beyond this fact. I wanted to create another account using the same email from the first account that I removed. Can this be done without any problems?
