Alright,I was given a prepaid 100$ visa card for xmas..And I was wondering, if I link the card to my paypal, will to take the money off the card before removing money from my bank account?
so, I got the card linked to account, set it as the primary when I went to buy my item, and it did not use the card, gave me no error..Just went straight to my bank account
