l have for the past few days been trying to use PAD as I have for the past few years in fact since PAD was an option to pay.Now I am being informed by rep at paypal that this option will no longer be available to all users by feb 28 of 2018...Anyone else hear about this or experiencing the same issues.Personally I find it questionable that paypal would end a program before advising their clients of this...something smells
