Nextwave Titanium Visa, I can not add it...

Iève got a nextwave titanium visa from money mart.

I was told it was a credit card (but prepaid)

It has my name on it and it is linked to my address.

It has the 16 digit number.

expiry date.

and three digitd on the back.

But can it be added to paypal

Cause when I try it says... We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card.

I use it to buy things from ebay using paypal but I cant add it to paypal

Please help.

I am also having trouble adding my titanium visa to my paypal account. It keeps telling me the card is expired, even though it doesn't expire until 2015. 

This is rather annoying since you can add Debit cards to paypal, and you can add Visa cards to paypal, you'd think it would be simple since the Titanium card is similar to a debit card but used as a Visa. 

UGH!!!
