I've used Pay Pal for years, changed credit cards awhile back but I've used it successfully...until now. Even choosing to bypass Pay Pal and enter the credit card information I wasn't able to pay for my eBay purchase. I tried to comment on eBay and kept being sent to other links, ending up here! What am I missing and how do I talk to someone who can help me???
