Managing My Shipping Address

Hiya folks,

I have a question and hopefully you have an answer and a fix.

When I am paying for something and I pull down my address file for delivery (which also has a few other people on it), it seems I have several address for me that are all the same. I have no idea why this is as I only live at one address, but I have almost a dozen addresses for me, all the same.

Why would this be? And how do I delete these duplicates and manage my addresses? I know it's probably no big deal, but it's pretty stupid to have all these addresses that are the same. I can't even find where to manage these (say add a different shipping address for someone else or delete another because they have moved etc).

An guidance or direction would be appreciated.

You can access the old PayPal webpage with the following address:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/customerprofile/summary.view

Here you can edit and delete addresses.

Unable to add USA address used to circumvent rediculous shipping costs to Canada 😞

Unfortunately that webapp link now goes to their current version. So basically still no solution. 😞

I cannot even find this elusive list unless I'm at the payment stage of an invoice and need to choose a shipping address. Then I'm presented with a crazy list of everyone I've ever sent a gift to for the last 12 years. Plus my own addresses duplicated for good measure. It's madness. Once I pay the invoice it's gone so I can't even capture it for Customer Support. 

Can PayPal please explain why this is not a feature? Is this some misguided attempt at security of some sort?

I was able to delete old addresses during checkout.

In the "Deliver to" section, click "Change".

Under "Addresses", click "Delete".
