Does any one know of a way to contact PayPal outside of the message centre
I am a Canadian member but I have moved to the Uk for an unknown amount of time
I accidentally converted money from Uk to US dollars and I sent a message asking for it to be undone because if I change it back I will end up losing about £50 due to exchange rates ...
I have asked 3 times ..and got 2 completely incorrect responses from (Thomas)
I won’t put the response on here unless necessary but beleive me they really are completely useless response ..
I want to get this rectified ASAP as I have someone waiting to receive Money ...
I have tried calling the Canadian PayPal number but it is constantly engaged even after about 20 attempts I cannot get through ..I called the Uk number but they could not help ,as it is a Canadian account which make no sense as I thought PayPal was worldwide ..please can anyone out there Help as I wish to lodge a Complaint and rectify this error
