Glitch in shipping tools - Due to recent update

I have run into issues with shipping items via expedited and express. Even if the item is valued under $100, Paypal is notifying me that the insurance value cannot be greater than the total customs value declared. So if I have a $24 item, I have to declare the customs value over $100 to ship my items.

Small packet service remains unaffected.

I tried calling customer service and they told me that they couldn't do anything. I need a resolution to this fast.

express & expedited parcels are automatically insured for first 100.00 of value..if you look at line it says $100.00 + ____ if you entered 25.00 in the spaces it would total 125.00. All you need is your invoice for proof of insurance value for under 100.00 . No need to fill this in with new format of labels unless value over base coverage.

Having the same problem - they just need to add a change whereby you can adjust the amount of insurance you need under $100
