Connecting paypal Costa rica to Banco nacional bank account

Hello all, I live in Costa Rica and already set up an account here with banco nacional and the rep at the bank showed me the process to do at home to connect my Banco nacional account to my Paypal Costa Rica account and everything was successful until I got to the third party agreement between Payal and Banco nacional and thats when it says:

Affiliate PayPal account

Dear customer, your account could not be verified. Please contact PayPal to resolve the issue.

I'm in the same situation like you,then what's the out come?
