Can't link credit card, no response from button

I can't seem to link new credit card to my Paypal account. When I press the "+ Link a card" in the Wallet, nothing happens. I get no popup or any messages. The "+ Link a bank" button works and redirects me to a new page.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
