So, I got my account on limitation about 5 months ago and now I am off of and it has a good amount of money something I need fast. Now, let me explain what I need to be done. I live in Canada, so they CAN'T send me a cheque for my payment which I find really crazy. Now the bank that is attached to the PayPal I no longer have. And now PayPal won't let me add another card for some error. They won't let me send the payment to another account which was done before to another account. What should I do?
