I get this error whenever i try to send money on paypal
Is there anyway to fix this?

I have the same problem too!!!! Could not buy anything from ebay becuase paypal does not allow me to pay.....Well, paypal sets limitation on my account. But now it is the begining of the year, I don't understand why the limit is still here!! To be honest, I don't feel like to verify my account by providing bank account information.

I had the same problem, and i called paypal. They said my account was fine. They checked the seller's account (they had the email in there records from the failed transaction) and they said the seller needs to call them to fix something on their side.

So the answer in this case is that it is a problem on the seller's side. If you have this problem, contact the seller, and have them call paypal.

i have close to 100. $ on my account why does this keep popping up same yesterday but it did let 1 payment thru and i gotr this mess for another last night and 2 today

I am having that problem too! fo two weeks now. i have emailed twice and called once. they said nothing is wrong with my account. i have money in my paypal as well. Paypal is being of NO HELP. i keep getting some dumb auto email from them and i am super frustrated. please help!!!

The sultion is so simple!!! how could we not try this??? 

How to fix:

USE A DIFFERENT BROSWER OR RESET YOUR BROSWER (clear all the cache/everything).

Nope. To everyone saying "just use a different or updated browser"...DOESN'T WORK. Plus, it doesn't work on the iPhone app either. WHAT THE **bleep** PAYPAL???
