Hi. I purchased an item on ebay and attempted to pay the seller with Paypal. I am in Canada and have a Canadian ebay and paypal account, the seller is in the USA. Paypal could not process my payment because the sellers paypal account is not set up to accept foreign payments. There was no mention of “USA buyers only” on the auction item or I wouldn’t have bid. The seller is expecting payment, but only accepts USA payments via Paypal. I have even tried sending paypal payment to the sellers email but get the same block from Paypal. Is there anyway to pay her without her accepting Canadian payments from Paypal
