If you mean can I transfer funds from my PayPal account balance to a credit card - yes, that's possible as long as you have a PayPal product type card.
If you have a US PayPal Account, when you receive money, the funds will always go to your PayPal Account Balance.
This is what you can do with the funds:
* Leave the money in your Account Balance.
* Withdraw it to your Bank Account (free)
* Request a paper check (there's a fee to process the check and can only be delivered to a physical street address - not a PO Box)
* Withdraw at an ATM using a PayPal Mastercard Debit Card (fees may apply depending on the ATM's owner).
