i shipped the package to the buyer and got the message from ebay that he sent the payment to me. This is a reason i shipped before i get the money. In addition, i sent him 100$ because paypal sent me that he did overcharged so i need to give him 100$ to confirm the payment!

how can i get back the package and receive the money i gave him extra?

THIS IS A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.

They encourage you to use paypal and often ask you to send the item as a gift to a relative somewhere often Nigeria.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.

It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.

They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

They will try and con your with extra payment for customs charges or overpayment.

They also threaten legal action...have a laugh at that one and ignore it as its rubbish.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service.

Sorry but not a lot you can do if you have sent the item and the money.

Its always best to read up on how paypal works before you start to sell  Smiley Sad

Paypal can't help you as none of the transaction would have been done via their site, it was all done via spoof emails.
