i can't send money to russia (it says try later but i/m tryinf for 2 days) what is the problem? And i can't send money to my paypal account from my card. so 2 problems. idk why but it says "we couldn't confirm ur identity"
i must have my money on my paypal account and also i have to send them internationaly/ pls help
