I requested money through an email address. She sent the money and received a confirmation code. However, I'm not seeing that it is paid, have not received an email from PayPal, and the request still says Pending.
I don't know what to do differently.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
