Hello,
I am currently having this problem with my card, I had this card on another paypal account but since I got the error I have removed it, but it seems to still give me the same error.
Is there a timer for this or is my card "blocked"?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
