As of Nov. 2, I'm not receiving an address for buyers. I have a subscription based website with members from around the world and before I could keep track of where members are located. Now that's not possible. We did a web migration recently, is it possible that some parameter got lost in translation?
It is my understanding some Paypal users do not need to provide a shipping address as they do not use Paypal to make payments for goods or services which need to be shipped to a physical address.

If the addresses had never been there in the first place I wouldn't miss them. For some reason unknown to me, starting Nov. 2, that info is no longer included. It was always there, now it's not. What happened to change that?
