Someone sent me money and PayPal wont let me transfer it to my bank account, because I have not been verified. I click instantly verify and it says it cant connect with my bank and then tells me it will make 2 small deposits in my account. I wait for days and nothing appears. The troubleshooting says to remove my bank account and start over, but when I try to do that it continiously says "please try again later". I would like to have access to my money, can anyone help me?
