Unable To Verify Identity

I am getting a message that I need to send one of three forms of ID, and I think I've been through this before. The problem is, I don't have any of the three, as in 1)Driver's License 2)Passport 3)Military ID ............ I don't drive, I don't need a Passport (yet), and I have never been in the military. This has never been an issue before, and I have been a member since 2003! If I need to close my account, I will since this is getting to be too complicated.

so,what kind of ID do you have ?

something they can use to verify you are whom you said you are?

I recall in some states,you can get an ID card like the driver license card without owning a car or intend to drive a car.
