This morning I had some packages that needed to get shipped out via UPS but it keeps bring up an error message now if I use my UPS account the cost is a great deal more "UPS DOESN'T CARE" I called Paypal this morning told them about the issue .. . now later today still having the same problem what are my options customers don't care they just want what they paid for?
