Hi, so I need to print the shipping label to send to a customer, but first I need to calculate the cost. I put in all of the information, but when I click the button to calculate shipping cost it does nothing and just turns a dark blue. I have tried it on different browsing software, but have continued to get the same result. I have fiddled with the dimension and weight but I still have gotten the same result. Please help! Thanks.
