Hi All,
Last week, we changed the amounts in the Shipping Calculator for our 4 different regions. All we did was change the amounts. Now, NO shipping fees are being added. No changes were made to the web pages of our store, just the Shipping Calculator.
We checked and unchecked the "Override shipping methods per transaction", reset the amounts... nothing!
For instance, this page should add $3.50 for US shipping, but it doesn't add anything:

Can someone help please? All the products in the store are affected. Been on hold with Ebay for over an hour (still on hold as I type this).
Any help would be appreciated!!
