I'd like to send my money in my account balance ($150) to my friend. But when I try it, I could not be sure if this was going out of my balance or paying on the card. I want to know how to get out of my balance and what to do if I want to spend money in my balance.
It should show you where the money is going to come from-your paypal balance or your cc ?
if you send money as friend and family using your credit card,paypal will cahrge you a fee as your credit card issuer will charge Paypal a fee,so if you send 150,your friend will get 150 less fees.
