Original Payment is done through Paypal and when I try to refund using the NVP-API I'm getting this error.
L_ERRORCODE0=10002&L_SHORTMESSAGE0=Authentication Authorization Failed&L_LONGMESSAGE0=You do not have permissions to make this API call&L_SEVERITYCODE0=Error
Above response is from Sandbox API Request. Live API Request too not successful for the Paypal payments. Credit Card payments are done with NVP-API can be easily refunded but not the Paypal Payments.
Please, suggest.
