Reprinting an unused label USPS

I am unable to reprint an unused label from Oct. 17th. I had purchased a label for an order but I didn’t send out the label to my shipping dept and therefore the client didn’t receive her order. I cannot for the life of me find an option in my PayPal account an option to reprint. It is ridiculous.

I am not sure if you can reprint the label,even if you can,it is no good .

if it is ebay,there is afeature called reprint this label,but it has been more than a month,USPS will n ot accept it,
