Our company is trying to refund a payment to a customer via both our internal system (Magento) and through paypal. We keep getting an error message that states something like "technical issues processing your refund, try again later". We have not shipped out the order, but the payment has been processed. It is also worth nothing that we are only having this issue because the customer paid with "pay after delivery via paypal". Is there something we are missing to have this go through?
