I am trying to redeem a 25$ PayPal E-card via MyPoints. The requirements are listed as having the same name and same email on both the MyPoints account and Paypal. I have checked both of these things and the transfer will not complete. I click on the "Confirm" button then nothing happens. Paypal is the only place I have ever had trouble with as far as redeeming MyPoints whom I have been using since 2001. Any help would be appreciated.
