Yeah I'm having the same problem alot of people seem to be having, it says payment sent off on red cross website with confirmation number and everything but PayPal has nothing, not even anything pending. Some people have gotten it in 2 days. Some haven't gotten it at all. I got approved yesterday and am still waiting. I'm calling them now I'm on hold.
