Problemas al realizar un pago / Problem when trying to make a payment

English/Inglés:

I'm not sure how this works, that's why Im asking the same issue in both languages. 

It's my first time making a payment (it's an international payment). I have my credit card registrered and confirmed by Pay Pal. However, everytime I trie to make a payment to a e-mail I was granted, the following appears: 

"We couldn't send your payment. If problem continious, please contact 'Client Atention Service'" 

Anybody who could help me out with this? i will appreciate the help.

No estoy seguro de cómo funciona esto, por lo que lo escribí en ambos idiomas.

Es mi primera vez realizando un pago (y es internacional). Tengo mi tarjeta de crédito registrada y confirmada por Pay Pal. Sin embargo, cada vez que itnento  realizar un pago a una cuenta que se me otorgó, me aparece lo siguiente: 

"No podemos enviar su pago en este momento."

Alguien que me pueda orientar? agradeceré la ayuda.
