I have sold ALOT of stuff on eBay and typically the payments clear within 2 days after delivery but now it's taking longer and longer. I have several payments right now where deliveries were made 3+ days ago and positive feedback was even left by customers. Why are my payments taking so long to clear? My Seller status is Above Average and I have NO negative or neutral feedback. Can a PayPal representative manually clear these transactions, PLEASE?
