Hello, I just sent a payment to a lady and i got an email that she paid the entire amount. Now im looking at my paypal account and its showing a different total? A few dollars short? Can someone help?
Assuming you sent a request for money to the lady - did you use an invoice or did she pay you using the "goods and services" option. Either way, PayPal will charge you 2.9% plus $.30 on the total amount to process the transaction. For example, the payment was for $30.00, PayPal will charge you 2.9% plus $.30 which is equal to $1.17 - they keep that part and you get the balance which would be $28.83.
