I have just sold my first item on eBay. I provided a tracking number and it says that the package has shipped. The package had signature confirmation and the tracking number says buyer received the item. I emailed paypal about the issue and they said that they will release my funds n June 19, 2017. Well, one day has passed from that date and my payment still says HELD. Is there a way to fix this issue? I am worried the funds may not be released at all.
