Payment problem

Please tell me why I can not receive payments to my PayPal account. I started to sell ebooks on eCrater and my customers are paid but payments do not go to my PayPal account. I have confirmed my email address but I can not receive payments. Please help me.

You are posting on the US forum so presumably you are in the US or you would have said otherwise.

So if you have a bank account and card verified to your paypal account and your email address is verified then you should be able to receive funds.
