I have a prepay debit card attached to my paypal account.. no bank account ... I had a deposit from someone of 75.00. It's in my paypal but can't access it with attached card. Why not?
did you transfer to your Paypal prepaid debit card account?
I just attached my unemployment debit card to paypal. It says it's attached. It's showing 75 available. But when I go to my card page balance it's 0.
