I always use Pay after delivery. Only problem I keep having is that Paypal doesn't track the shipment to ensure it has arrived before paying. They only give 14 days gap. Thing is some items are purchased from outside the United States and they don't arrive until afte 30 plus days but paypal still pays them without delivery. How is that effective in this case?
