The new "update" to the packing slip automatically adds shipping costs to the cost of the last item on the slip with no explanation! A basic receipt in business lists the items and then the shipping costs and finally the total. PayPal somehow missed this step and a $10 book is listed as a $16 book ($10 book with $6 shipping).
My customers are upset because it looks like they were overcharged and there's no way to edit this on the slip. Does anyone know of a workaround or another program that works with PayPal to print packing slips? Surprised at such a dreadfully shoddy new packing slip design. Truly seems as if it was made by someone with no business sense at all.
