PP incredibly slow updating open invoices and email notifications

Anyone else having issues with PP updating extremely slowly? Took over half an hour to have my account summary list open invoices, still haven't received email notification the invoice was sent. Payment notifications are also slow. Seems like their servers are having issues.

I am also having similar issues. I sent an invoice. I did not reveive a confirmation email for it nor did my customer recieve the invoice. Sent a reminder. Still nothing on either end. Cancelled it, sent a new invoice. Still nothing on both ends. Try a different email address, still nothing.
