My Paypal Maintaining Balance is in negative

Hi,

I need someone who can help me out. If my paypal balance is in negative, can Paypal debit the said amount to my bank?

I dont think it can,it was able to do so long time ago,but then last year someone  said Paypal was able to do so?

It will ask you to fill the negative balance or use any payment coming in to fill it.

there are other ways ,but best is to transfer fund into your paypal account using your bank account fund

Actually I wanted to withdraw my funds but its not allowing me to do so. I still have like $700 in my Paypal Maintaining Balance. Cause the negative balance is much higher than that. ☹️ Its really frustrating.
