Multi Order Shipping History

I need to find a transaction in Multi Order Shipping older than 30 days. My drop down tab only gives me the option of "Today", "This Week", and "This Month". The transaction is out of range by about a week. Please advise. Thanks.

When you log in to the PayPal account's home area you should see choices at the top like "Summary", "Money", "Activity", "Reports", and so on. I am using the "new" PayPal interface current Sept. 2016.

You'll need to choose REPORTS > Transactions, (sub) Transaction Finder. That window should allow searching by date range and many more filter options. Once you enter your date range the transactions will appear and list by date and amount. I also used the filter "Transaction Type" set to (Payments -Payments Sent).

I found they lump Multi-Order shipping transaction label "print runs" in to one larger amount. In my case, about 6 labels totalling around $45.00. I found the label I was looking for with every other one I had printed at the same time.

Thank you.  That worked.  I had the same issue and was able to find an older tracking number that was past the 30 day cut-off.

It should be noted, that in order to use this method you need to have a business account.  This option is not available in a personal PayPal account.

Same problem but I don't even get those options in my drop down box.
