Yes. I bought something, and never received confirmation. After sending several emails got a VERY bogus looking 'tracking number', from a fake shipping company. Immediately filed a complaint with PayPal. I reached out to the fake company multiple times, to give them a chance to make it right, but only received computer generated, generic responses. Of course the 'company' (overseas SCUM BAGS) never responded to PayPal's request for a response, so my money was mercifully refunded.
I hope PayPal denies them access to services soon, so that more people aren't dealing with this.

PAYPAL GOT MY MONEY BACK! THE GOT A NEW SITE, SAME FORMAT, CALLED FAIR SAVER. DIRTY RATS!

I had placed an order. They said it shipped. I tracked it for weeks. Then when it said it was delivered and it wasn't I contacted JD Depot Sales. They apologized and inidcated they were sending again 3 day express. It never arrived. Then they said I would get a refund in 10 business days. It has been 12 business days I was sending them another email and it was returned with invalid address. Now their site is down as well.
I beleive I will lose my money as I didn't dispute until today as they were communicating with me until today.

YEP! Same message they send to every. GOD BLESS Paypal the gave me credit in one day! Thier new site is Fair Saver.

After waiting for my package for 28 days I email the company to ask where is my pasckage it says delievered but it was not delievered to me. The company has taken down their website and disconnect their numbers.
JD depot response:

service providing all the information to clarify the reason of
nondelivery.
If the order wasn't delivered due to the postal service, we will
