I have a online forum that can accept payments from advertisers. Lately I've been getting this message from PayPal that is shown below. It comes to one of my registered email addresses with PayPal. Where is this message coming from? From PayPal to my website? I of course recognize the website so there is no problem there but I'm trying to figure out what's going on.
