I like things simple and easy, and when I get bounced all over the **bleep** place, trying to get something done, it has a tendency to **bleep** me off. When I get some **bleep** phone tree when I try to call customer service, it **bleep** me off even more. I don't need this crap. I have a problem. I want it solved. I want it solved NOW, and I don't want phone trees, klinks to other sites, or anything else. Tell me how to fix the **bleep** problem without all the **bleep**!
